Solved Pin to taskbar IE 11 small issue

I have some problem since few days in the PIN TO TASKBAR for IE
as you can see I have IE as first icon after the startbutton, if I launch IE for example after I already opened many windows it loads the new tab in the same position where I click (number 1) and don't load it in the position (numbered 2).

How to enable again this option? i forgot where to check for this, please help me to remember how to do it.
I tried many things but nothing yet, I forgot......

I solved the issue. After I tried many times, I realized that the unique was that works is to go in the folder where ieexplorer.exe is. While if I was "pin to task bar" using the icons in the start or in the desktop, was not working well. Now it works again perfectly, if I click the incon in the task bar 10 times, I will have many tabs open and none of them will be in the task bar, are all far away.

You should try OblyTile. It's a free little application that lets you customize windows 8 tiles. There are forum dedicated to creating custom tiles for common programs and games. I've gone ahead and made my own for my SP3.
