Office Pro Registration Key

My wife has a version of 2013 Pro Office from work that allows for 2 installs and she has it on her desktop only. We bought her a Dell laptop this evening and she has no idea where her code is. I have tried prodkey and keyfinder but neither of them is picking up the registration code. I remember there is a way to get it some other way but it has been way to long and I really need some help here.

download a copy of magical jelly bean key finder and install on pc that has office installed and follow the instructions to retrieve key. Program is free

I tried that one as well. I'm not sure why it isn't showing up.

The only other program I know is ProduKey which does a good job of recovering keys.

Just installed office 365 on the new SPro3 last night and I couldn't find the key. In the registration process there was an option to register by signing in to my MS account. That worked.
I never found the key but signing in to MS got everything working.

Not sure if that's an option for Office 2013 but worth a try.
