Not powering up

My surface is not powering up. It only shows the ms surface logo (4 white squares) and then gone after few seconds when I press the power button. I tried hard reset (power button + volume up button) for 30 secs for few times but still the same.

Any recommended repair center for ms surface? I've been to 3 PC technician and they're all dont want to touch it.

Are you able to get into BIOS? That doesn't require a boot up of Windows at all and comes up really quickly. Depending on your model Surface, the key combination needed to enter BIOS will vary.
