Hey there all, so I joined the forum to contribute what I could for annoying bugs that have been vexing me and figured that it would be bugging others as well (namely the wifi issue on the SP3) .
A bit about me: I'm an IT engineer specializing in security. I've been in the field for 15 years, started as desk side support, ran my own data centers, worked for a couple fortune 10 companies and now work as a freelance contractor to solve the major network and security issues.
I bought the SP3 as being an IT engineer constantly on the go, it was lighter and more powerful that most of the competition out on the market, it's form factor allows me to hang it from server racks while I work on an issue, easy to carry while I walk around customer sites mapping their WiFi coverage, so on and so on.
I hope I can contribute, help and make peoples life's a little easier
