New Notebooks not listed

What is necessary for new notebooks to be listed on the Surface RT?

I created a new notebook and it is listed on several PCs but will not show up as a notebook on my Surface RT. I use the same username and password for all the PC including the Surface RT and the existing notebooks appear to by successfully syncing.

I created a new notebook and it is listed on several PCs but will not show up as a notebook on my Surface RT. I use the same username and password for all the PC including the Surface RT and the existing notebooks appear to by successfully syncing.

Update: The problem was solved by creating a new Notebook with the option to Share Via the Web. The old version was just available on my network and PC. Have to watch and pay attention to the defaults and choices when creating a Notebook.
