My SP3 wont shut down or reboot

This is pissing me off, not sure whats happend to this piece of crap computer over the past couple weeks. I reboot or shutdown and it just hangs. Screen goes black, keyboard still lights up so I know the SP3 is still on. I have to hold the power button for a full minute before it powers off.

I checked for malware and spyware and removed everything. Nothing at startup is affecting this. Its really pissing me off. Im about to huck this piece of crap computer out my window.

Sfc /scannow, mrt.exe. You have a corrupted windows installation or crapware. Otherwise a factoryreset.

I found out what it is.

My SP3 has been trying to update to windows 10 update version 1511, 10586.

At the windows update screen, downloading,It keeps saying failed update

Did you the Sfc /scannow and mrt.exe?
Used cleanmanager to wipe your trash, temp etc?

The soulution is to rollback the driver for the surface pen.
