MS Surface pro 4: Terrible Build quality

It seems the cs is terrible as i and others have experienced. So while your sp4 works fine. If you ever had to send it back. Be cautious. I'd buy from John Lewis instead. Better cs then Microsoft.

I had to send my first device back. Not a problem at all. In fact I've always had fantastic service from MS regarding warranties etc.

John lewis selling the i7 again so i think i will re order again.
