Microsd card's!!!

Hello users: I hope someone can help me.

I just purchase a 16 GB Micro SD CARD
1. I install it and there was a sound that it was install BUT I cannot access the drive it does not show up on the display.
2.I PUSH IT IN AND HELD IT THERE AND IT WAS DISPLAY ON THE SCREEN BUT WHEN I LET IT GO THE DRIVE DID NOT DISPLAY ON THE SCREEN
3.I AM RUNNING WIN 8.1 COULD THAT BE THE PROBLEM?
4. I INSTALL THE CARD IN WIN CELL PHONE THE CARD IS GOOD
5. ANY HELP WILL DO.

Surely some members have experienced the same issue. You can read a long thread about it and the bottom line is faulty card and/or loose SP card slot.
