Make the power button put the SP3 into hibernate? Also, problems with sleep mode...

I can't see the FlyoutMenuSettings folder under explorer. Shuold I make a new key and make the dword with value 1? Will this allow me to put my SP3 inhibernate by pressing the power button but also allow me to have sleep enabled for when I close the lid?
 
I just checked and it's there so you are not looking in the right place. The other way around is this one:

Thanks! This is really useful, but isn't there a way to make the physical power button to hibernate the device? I had to disable the button because some times I get distracted and put the device to sleep instead of hibernate...
Connected standby is a nice feature but I am not using it because I couldn't disable the type cover and the Arc bluetooth mouse so they don't wake up the device.
