Kickstand issue

I noticed this issue with the kickstand. See pictures.
The kickstand works fine but when I open the kickstand fully then close it, it maybe stays flat for a few minutes before rising up again.

Can someone open their kickstand and tell me whether the inside looks like the first picture ?
