If I bought the SP3 Pro from Best Buy, will Microsoft Store take it for trade in when they SP4 comes out?

no worries there, BUT they will give you peanuts for it... I would just try to sell it on kijiji/craigslist and get as much as you can there

Haven't heard that rumour but it could be good... but only if they keep a smaller version too. I know my girlfriend would prefer more real estate, whereas I prioritise portability.
