How replacement order works?

Hi,

My replacement order was placed on 14/12, but I still did not receive an second email telling me that my device was shipped. The first email said I said receive an second one within 24-48 hours. Should I worried about that? Because I will be away on the 22th.

Answer Desk seems to be not very helpful.

You may want to get in touch with the help desk again. Hopefully you'll get someone who can track down the problem. Not getting that E-Mail is a concern.

Thanks, I did get a case number or reference number. I contacted the Answer Desk yesterday, and they said the email will be send as soon as the replacement was shipped. They think the replacement will arrive on time.
