Yes, the call center that supports order inquiries on microsoftstore.com. My one and only experience with a brick and mortar MS Store was fine.

The brick and mortar Microsoft Store and even Microsoft Surface Support are top notch A+ service. The call center for the microsoftstore,com on the other hand is a D+ or C- at best. The worst part about the Microsoft Store is typically you can expect supervisors to be on top of things, but they are no better than anyone else. I have yet to have one follow up with me like they promise.

Microsoft is not doing themselves any favor with whoever they've hired for that gig. Enthusiasts like us will deal with it, but people like my wife would be right back on her iPad and Apple's A+ end to end support.
