Horribly choppy streaming video Surface 3?

No luck, also tried with the Intel sound driver. I think sad enough to say that Chrome appears to be the only solution, it's MUCH better, not as many frustrating choppy audio and crackles etc, I'll try take a video to explain more, it's like the audio drops, crackles, video gets choppy. Seems much better with Chrome.

What else do you have running? Other peeps aren't having any troubles . Antivirus???

I've rebooted so no other apps should be running unless I have some things in the background, I'll try and close everything I can in task manager and give it a shot - but honestly I shouldn't have to do this to stream. I don't have any anti virus outside of what comes with Windows 8.1.

Can you confirm no issues with HBO Go and Amazon video? Maybe I have a defective unit, I'm thinking about going to the MS store this weekend.
