HELP: Cannot Download Windows Store Apps on my SP!!

Try enabling UAC. Follow link do the reverse of what they suggest, then try downloading the apps. Are you in a country not served by the store?[/url]

Tried that too. No change!

The store icon says 42 updates available...

I noticed that on my SP too. But everytime I tried to update, I got the same "internet connection too slow. Try a different connection" message! So thanks for the heads up Jeff, because I realized I have TWO issues now. (1) Cant download apps from the Store, (2) Cant update apps either. Aint that a Biyatch!!!

solved for me: I disabled my wireless adapter and re-enabled, and the install from the windows store worked.

Just saw this thread. This had happened to me also and I applied the same solution as your post. However your post deserves the accolade
