1) I want a surface tablet is because of school work. I have a lot of e-books that I would like to read on a tablet rather than computer, and if I am going to get a tablet for reading I want it to be functional in other work capacities as well.
2) I am a gamer and with my windows live glass I know that in the future games like Batman and Halo will have some pretty awesome features that require some type of tablet that is Windows 8 compatible.
3) Finally I am the biggest fan of the smart and efficient design, I do believe that Microsoft is really putting great efforts to be innovative and new on a market that seems to be dominated by a formerly innovative and new company. I don't want such a potentially awesome product to be lost because of stupid trends. Even if I don't win this product, I intend to get it or its future predecessors when I have the money to spare....which may take a few years after paying of my student loans...
