I went to the one in Century City and two days later they put Surfaces in Best Buy and Staples. Oh well, it is a fun store to go to anyway.

For the record, I had two problems with two surfaces, and MS replaced them both instantly no questions asked. I am sure they will stand behind the product and help out the customers as well as they can.

Of course the Microsoft store has the best experience. Tons of RT and Win8 tablets and PCs to play with.
