Firmware Setup Tool For Surface Book?

Is there any way to automate configuring multiple Surface Books with the same UEFI settings and passwords?
Microsoft makes an application for the Surface Pro 3 that allows you to configure UEFI and set UEFI passwords with PowerShell, How to Manage Surface Pro 3 UEFI Through PowerShell - Ask Premier Field Engineering (PFE) Platforms - Site Home - TechNet Blogs
but when I downloaded the latest Surface Book drivers zip file, I didn't see a similar firmware setup tool there.
Is there another method to quickly apply uniform UEFI settings to multiple Surface Books?

Should we assume the SP3 Tool does not work on SP4 & the Book?

The SP4 and SB uses a Microsoft first party Firmware, the tool you're seeking is under development currently.
