is it possible to update Windows RT to windows 8 I cant find an answer to this on any MS website

Sry no chance. If you want full Windows 8 you'll have to wait for Surface pro or a Tablet with at least a Intel Atom- or Core-processor.

The email app does support attachments. Start a new email and swipe up from the bottom (or right click). Attachments is there.

you can easily attach items to the emails, just pull down on the email and you get options to attach, or you can do it from the item you want to attach via the charm bar on the right.

I've been using a Samsung tablet with pro on it for three weeks and have not touched my ipad for two weeks. I still go back to the laptop for heavy duty development or excel work but it is a small fraction of the number of times I had to on my ipad. It takes a few days, the first couple days I kept going back to the ipad, now the ipad is the one that is slow and inefficient.

The rt / "metro" apps will improve just have a little patience. Or, get a pro version tablet or the Surface when its released.
