Face Recognition not available on Domain

My FR was working fine on my Domain. Than I change company and I need to change domain. After I changed Domain, My FR is not available in settings Sign-in options. Also it is a red message "Some settings are managed by your organization. When I reboot computer it starts to recognize my face, but cannot do it, until I select different way to sign-in.

There is a Group Policy Object that allows for PIN usage which is a pre-requisite for Windows Hello to function. If that GPO isn't enabled Windows Hello will be unavailable.
