Does anyone have problem with the new style dock USP ports?

Does anyone have problem with the new style dock for the SP3?

Sometimes when I boot my SP3 the USB will work fine. Other times when I reboot or cold boot the dock the USB ports will not work and I have to power off then power back on the dock to get the USB ports working.

I’m and on Windows 8.1.
