Do I have to repurchace my apps after reinstalling (completely)?

I was wondering if I reinstall my surface rt tablet completely (so without saving any files) and after reinstalling I log in with the same account I was using before reinstalling, do I have to repurchase my apps again?

NO...they should all be available to install, it may prompt for your MS Account but there will be no charges made...
