Its been awhile since have been here.
But needed to ask a question. My mate has a surface rt as do I, he went back and returned his due to it crashing all the time, faults with the wireless and the connection with the touch keyboard.
The guy in the shop (john lewis) ran a diagnostic test on the surface to check for any faults. My friend said he ran it on the device its self.
I was wondering how I can do this? I cant seem to find any instructions to do this. Am curious as mine does similar things when it doesn't feel up to wanting to do anything.
