Okay so my sister bought the original surface about 1-2 years ago (not quite sure) and it stopped charging after about 2 months and they were hopeless with the warranty so yeah, that's gone. I believe it is just a dud charger causing the tablet not to charge, does anyone know where I can get one in Australia... Need it ASAP.
