Can't Detach Screen - 'Calculator'

I rarely if ever use the built in calculator app in Windows. However 90% of the time I go to detach my screen it cannot because of the "Calculator" process running, which requires I open task manager and shut down the process which typically shows 0% CPU, 0% memory usage. Why does this "phantom" Calculator process keep launching and preventing me from detaching the screen?

What are your default dGPU settings?

I set excel to use nVidia because it crashes when using intel graphics (meaning I have to shut down excel to detach which I have been)
