Cannot connect to WPA2 wireless router.

Are you talking about going into the Wireless N Network controller Internet Protocol Version 4 and changing the properties on the Surface?
Yes - Go to the properties of IPv4 and configure according to your brand's IP scheme -

This is how I set the IPv4 address. Is still will not connect. Do you see anything else that needs to be changed? I tried disabling the firewalls on the modem and that did not help.

You set the device as the same IP address as the router. On the Surface change the last number to 200...

Set gateway to the same as the router and DNA the same as the router.
