Bing doesnt know how to make itself my Surface IE homepage?

I don't seem be able to upload the screenshot of Bing's error adding itself as my Surface Metro IE homepage. The upload button just does not respond either to touch or click.

Try to update the OS, probably just a small bug.

Launch the browser from the desktop in IE options set home as you would on a Windows 7 computer
