Best USB Ethernet Dongle For Surface Pro?

I bought a BobjGear USB 3 to RJ45 SuperSpeed Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. It is a little pricey ($30) but it is built like a tank. The short cable is re-enforced at both ends and the plastic piece that holds the Ethernet jack is thick and well made. I have really had it with cheap USB devices that fall apart after a few weeks use. But yes I did have to install the drivers that came with it to make it work but I didn't consider that a hardship. Now maybe if I were doing 50 of them.....

I use the StarTech USB31000S. Plug and play literally. Plug it in and it worked. USB 3.0 to Gigabit, and it works great out of the box. I DID have my Surface Pro connected to WiFi when I first plugged it in, so it's possible the driver installed from the web (requiring "first time" Internet connectivity to get it going).
