Best drawing program?

Is there a drawing program that you recommend if ability consists of stick figures?

I didn't get lag (i7) but I did get crashes.
I've paid for clip-studio now (manga studio). It's amazing. a great price and very powerful. It smooths lines - which helps with jitter. and generally is great to use as you can enable touch interaction which completely takes away any accidental palm-rejection fails in that you can interact with the buttons (whcih are ideally sized for finger presses) without fear of drawing with anything other than the pen. It works exceptionally well on my Surface. Just wish my drawing was better to take advantage of it!
Freshpaint is still the best for a realistic feeling of actually pushing real paint around the screen though I think. The oils /oil pastels in fresh paint are awesome.
