Annoyances

Hi.....Fairly new to SP4...two annoyances....

No matter what my power settings are, this thing seems to lock me out every 5 minutes if there is no activity. I have read lots of threads on this so know that I am setting things correctly...anybody ever have the same issue and how did they resolve it?

Another known issue I am having....when I click my pen it opens the cheap OneNote...I want the other one to open. How do I get it to do that? Any help would be appreciated.
