Annotating PDFs and using onenote at the same time

Thanks for the response, but I was asking about Bluebeam Revu.

find the highlight tool and add it to the toolbar

you can customise/remove all the toolbars

in full screen you can also add the highlight tool

you can add "my tools" where you can put all your tools

you must read the instructions of bluebeam revu

i have bought it 6 months ago and still learning

ocr feature is also very important however is available only on the extreme version

when using the merto app of one note, you can try inserting the PDF file.

tap on the page, the little page icon will appear. then tap on it, it will "fan out" options and then you will see insert. then it tap that, and it will let you choose the PDF file...

I hope this is what you are looking for... I find this feature very useful as I am a student too...

Alright, I'll look into the instructions. Thanks.

Ah I see, thanks. What about a highlighter that isn't freeform, a highlighter that sticks to text?

just to remind you; for a highlighter to stick to text you need an original pdf and not a pdf made from jpg files connected together without OCR feature

you can find out this by searching for a specific word in your pdf

if the program cannot find words it means that you cannot highlight text but only freeform highlighter because your pdf was created without OCR feature and in this case you cannot copy text either
