ACDsee and PhotoPaint Problems

Hi I have yhe surfacepro128gb I have problems with ACDsee 6 when open take a minute or more with not responding menssage, and PhotoPaint X5 not install. Some of yours have the same problems

I have ACDSee Pro 5 installed on my 128 Surface Pro, and it's perfect. No lag, moves like lightning, even with RAW files.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I would try checking for updates.

I'm having the same problem with acdsee pro 6 on a SP 128 gb. Not responding constantly so I ended up uninstalling. Tech support at acdsee wasn't able to help. Good th know acdsee pro 5 works.
