Here's my update story: I was initially getting an instant update fail "Error 80070003". A quick Google search says to delete the files and folders under \Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore and \Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Downloads. After clearing those out the updates came down fine...

Yes, the RT has a different plug altogether. The Pro uses Mini-Display Port for video output as opposed to the RT's Micro HDMI.

The only thing that I think may catch their eye is if the type keyboard is attached. I'm sure in an x-ray they'll see something keyboard-like and may throw a fit.

Next time I fly I know I won't. It's always been annoying having to pull out the ol' laptop into its own tray. They don't require iPads to be removed, so why should the Pro be treated any different? One more hidden benefit of the Pro???

Stood in line at the San Diego Microsoft Store for about 2 hours. They eventually sold out of the 128GB models (@xterrapro, if you got those from the San Diego store, gee thanks for rubbing it in). A bunch of people cleared out at that point. We stuck around to see what the manager would say...
