Thanks for the response. I have taken your advice and performed a soft (retain data) reset. So far, in 24 hours, all is running OK. Will monitor and perform full reset if problem re-occurs. Thanks again for your time... will keep you posted for your reference. Bellabunka

I have a Surface RT (64 gig) and it has recently developed this problem. Small circles appear in the top corners of the screen during normal use and the unit freezes. Turning on and off is the only way to clear it. Has anybody else had this problem and, if so, any solutions? Has anybody ideas on...
