It seems, it runs 1.9-2.6GHz with both cores, but one core can go up to 2.9GHz using Turbo-Boost. No idea if we could take control of this... Intel Core i5 4300U Notebook Processor Intel Core i5-4300U Mobile processor - CL8064701477400

I didn't know that the SP3 was water cooled.

I understood there was a bug when rebooting a warm SP3 after updates - thermometer icon and shut down (happened to me once). I did not see the same issue in regular usage, only during restart and that should be fixed now.

Why is Windows Module Installer churning my CPU?

I noticed that service is occupying CPU sometimes in the beginning... not lately, although I switched off auto-update, just to inform me when something is new and I decide when to download and install...

Best 2TB external USB 3.0 drive for SP3

I think there are two standards for USB 3.0: low power (150mA) and high power (900mA). I cannot find which are used in SP3/dock...

Sudden battery drain after recent updates

It happened to me twice, around 30% and 42%, before the last week update. I tried a few things (manual auto-update, removed batterybar, limit indexing... etc). Then it discharged normally... but still no idea what is the cause.
