Yes I concur. In addition there is a system firmware available if you check windows update.
One more thing, if you open devices and printers, the new icon graphics are very nice in my opinion.

The Sea Tools utility is a Seagate centric software meant primarily for their drives. Some of their algorithms might not be valid or compatible for all drives, intentional or otherwise. I would not worry. Your other software confirmed its health.
