Wow! I LITERALLY just installed this firmware update tonight even though I never experienced the issue, but good to know that it fixes the "75% battery after charging to 100% and shutting down" issue! Awesome!

Try booting into BIOS (before windows boots up) and verify if keyboard works in BIOS or not. Otherwise, could be the connector is dirty. Clean it up with rubbing alcohol and reconnect. See if it still works.

The new Surface Pro 7 was announced yesterday and although it did come with USB-C, it looks like there is still a lack of support for Tunderbolt. I can't wait for this to be possible on a Surface Pro because I would instantly hook up my GPU to an enclosure and start gaming on the Surface Pro...

You should be able to get the 1903 update from the Microsoft Website with the update assistant or something like that.

1903 may help, but maybe making sure the Surface Dock firmware is up to date and then reinstalling the wifi drivers will work? Otherwise, I would try installing 1903 after the making sure the surface dock firmware is up to date. It may fix a few things. Let us know if any of this resolves the...
