I assume your 4K monitors are the same screen size but different brands which is why one is connected via HDMI2 and the other DP. Why wouldn't you connect both 4K monitors via DP?

Why don't you get a Surface Dock instead?

I don't have the Type Cover keyboard either and use the Input Panel to enter text. You can write or type text in but if you plan on entering lots of text, I suggest a keyboard. Predictive text on the Input Panel doesn't work well on Chrome but works on Edge.

In China, all new Surface laptops have Windows 10 China Government Edition installed on it. Registering the region and language would not change anything. That's okay. Interestingly Star Trek TNG's P.A.D.D. is what we are using today. It seems only new updates reset the up time clock. Maybe this continuous clock in Task Manager is intentional?

Nope, the up time clock is not fixed. :(

How do you find the pinch & zoom on Firefox? To me, it's not as smooth as Chrome or Edge however I do like using the history window in Firefox.

Google Chrome just got a new update. 60.0.3112.78 I had this problem too on my SP4 but it seems to be fixed.

So there was an update that had fixed the counter for the up time. As it turns out, the update didn't fix the up time counter because when I left the SP4 turned off for a day and turned on the SP4, the counter read 4:10:13:56.
