Hi guys, I just got m3 version. I know that this version has considerably slow SSD compared to i5/256GB. But seems like mine is lower than usual. I would appreciate inputs from anyone with m3 version.

For me kickstand is a big deal. I love using my SP3 in tablet mode with kickstand when I am on couch or bed. I would have considered if SB had a kickstand. But I guess MS wanted it to differentiate from SP as laptop first and tablet next and also thinness could have been a factor.

It is slated to release in November, probably in the first two weeks. Yes there are updates coming afterwards named Redstone in 2016.

I wouldn't mind about the high RAM usage. As someone already said unused memory is wasted memory, Windows10 ram management is a little different and efficient if I might add. Have a look at this article. Why Is Windows 10's "System" Process Using So Much RAM?

May be you are not aware of the 'surface' app available in the store with which you can do this without any hassle. or am I missing something here.

I suggest a reset. It resolved all the issues I was facing with the upgrade.

They have changed it from 4-row to 3-row as standard in Win10. If you upgrade you retain 4-row. But you lost it as you did clean install and now you are on the standard 3-row.

I am on Win10 and I am never going back to Win8 again, ever. Having said that, If you want completely bug free experience, I would suggest you to wait. There are some little annoyances that needs to be ironed out.

I have it on my desktop where I did a clean install. But I installed Win10 when the build was 10162 or something.
