nice deal, docking stations are a must have i feel

i think they fixed all the multi sound card funk. i hope they fixed the multi video card issues some are having. ive been trying to mess with it. still works. docking station to widi then tablet, then other docking station with speakers. seems solid

its doing that with my SP2 and docking station. but with the sound card. video seems fine, wait..it did act up once. reseat...worked

i let it just update. only had a soundcard issue. i have not done anything. no drivers, and the soundcard issue was a setting that changed on upgrade. there was like 8 update programs for the hardware, but Microsoft did that automatically. my SP2 boots to logon in 7 seconds now it was 23ish...

windows 10?

the pen to text feature, it's just like the old XP tablet. works great.

try turning off the "let software take control" thing. i had it happen a few times for me. have no seen it sence. and yes i could not change volume before... i can now right click on volume "playback devices" should be cnxt i think. then advanced then exclusive mode thing it gets odd you have...

hey, i found the last thing you need to do.. power options, require password on WAKEUP. mine is still grey but i will mess with it some more. but i think that's whats going on with it. when i turn it on (not wake up) it goes right to desktop so we are closer ahh in the screen with the greyed...

i will do what he said tonight and wait a day. make sure its not "resuming hibernation" I've never done it. just told many people how to do it. make sure to hit apply then enter the password twice

uncheck the "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" i think is what he is getting at. to uncheck just click it once like you would if you wanted to check it :D

i have noticed 2 things. on my SP2 while docked. one. flat out reboot while docked. it kinda did just stop on its own, but i did clean the connectors anyway 2nd. while docked and my power cover on. and lifted up... i swear the heat seemed to active either the touch screen, mouse pad, or keys...
