The video won't load for me. Not that it should make a difference, but why do you plug in the monitor after boot up? I sometimes get strange scaling that way. You're much better off plugging it in before booting!

Tom Warren's review states it can slide down even in its flattest state, I could imagine that being rather frustrating! Agree with the bundling though. I'm very particular as to which mouse I use... not having dedicated forward/back browser buttons is just unforgivable to me!

You might have to reload Windows 10 via USB start up if you can download it on another computer... I unfortunately had this once and was the only way to solve it! :( been fine for months now though.
