I too have had trouble downloading this from the MS site with it downloading about 3GB worth and then saying it couldn't be downloaded and to call customer service. But with perseverance it finally did. So all I can advise is to keep trying.

What web browser are you using? Have you checked it's settings zoom level? If you're using a mouse with a wheel, most browsers can zoom in and out using Ctrl+mouse wheel.

Some were getting those phantom touches but after a while it was fixed. If you just upgraded to Win10 there are a lot of updates which should eventually install and that may fix this.
