I guess i have this problem! Been feeling everything is sluggish these days. Even typing this message is ever so lightly delayed. How long does the disk fresh process take? Just trying to plan the fix.

Ya I think that's a windows 8 thing... I didn't try very hard but I didn't find anywhere that could make it auto accept/receive from trusted connections.

I like the windows button on the portrait edge like the sp3 now... I find the start button at the bottom in the way too much. The form factor looks like 1080p but I never liked holdng the RT with it shaped similar too. Just seems too long

remote desktop by microsoft is awesome as long as you know how to forward ports. When travelling, I always just bring my Surface RT to connect to my main machine(s) It's like being there! :)

Man I need another keyboard alternative, finally have my SP3 on a work trip and using the type keyboard cover and I'd probably like a more real keyboard like my Dinovo at home.... Hope microsoft or someone release more alternatives for the SP3!

My issue was not getting ip from DHCP all the time in whatever state I'm returning from. The rest of my week, I stayed on WIFI and happy to report no instance of me requiring to ipconfig/renew or turn off wifi I was able to do video conference call without quality issue as well...
