Sorry I solved the problem, it seems one of the two triple A batteries came defective from the box, I changed it and solved the problem.

I bought the Microsoft Arc Mouse Surface Edition, I bought it like a week ago and the day I received it it worked perfectly. Then I did not use it until today but now I can't sync it with my Surface, when I go to bluetooh it doesn't show me the mouse. Any ideas?? Please help
