Just received my Type Cover from MS and it indeed has the loop in the box. I'm in the US.

I can now officially say that I'm an i7/512 SP3 owner. It arrived when I had to leave for a lunch meeting. So I had to make myself leave it until now. Time for updating out of and then in the dock, followed by loading all of my software. This is so exciting. I can't believe that it was ordered...

@Simon Kimber - you have echoed my dilemma thus far. I'm about to just settle on a skin (I prefer brown leather like but can't find any on Amazon) and a professional sleeve that isn't too expensive to carry in my leather saddle bag.

I just received my MS BT Arc Touch Mouse, and I have to agree with others about the ergonomics. It's a nice mouse the more I use it, but all day use may cause wrist strain. The portability is amazing. Tracking is very good. No issues so far. The app is very plain, but I'm not sure what else...
