Xiaomi Mi Monitor Resolution

I have just purchased a Xiaomi Mi Monitor with a 3840x1440 resolution, but I am unable to get this resolution on my Surface Pro 5.
In configuration only appear 3840x2160 or 3440x1440.

Any solution?

Are attaching directly or through a dock/hub? It could be the cable or anything in between the Monitor and Device.

Also, make sure all the updates are complete. While plugged into the monitor do a hard reboot and see if it reports correctly.
