If you're not using the 8.1 preview or a non win.device, you may want to check: http://music.xbox.com to use the new ui in the xbox music web app.
I'm saying: Thumbs up, because now i can listen to my collection at work.

And when it will be available in the Philippines is still up in the air. Some times, this is why i want to use iTunes. But it always has been a thought.

I saw a headline about this yesterday - pretty cool. I pretty much always have my Surface with me, but its nice to have options.
