Windows 10 won't boot. Can't repair disk

So my surface pro suddenly wont's start windows, it just loops the Surface screen. Tried to repair with recovery drive but no luck , and it took a lot of hours. Booted in safe mode and did CHKDSK C: /F but got errors.
When I try to reinstall windows, it says i need to remove the usb recovery drive, but normally and then connect the drive, but i can't boot normally.

For this one, you need to go to a Microsoft store, or (gasp) give them a call.
