W WebEngr New Member Sep 5, 2015 #1 I have tried repeatedly to do the Win 10 upgrade. It says it is ready. But when I start the process it hangs on the first Quick Check step on my Surface Pro 2. Tries disabling my Bitdefender but no help. What can I do?
