What is the best way to clone a SP4 onto a new SP2017?

Hi,
Unfortunately there was an accident that broke the glass of my SP4 (M3). It is still perfectly usable, but the crack seems to get worse. Rather than having it repaired I bought a new SP4 (M3) in a special deal.

A) What is the best way to clone the content (1:1) from the old one onto the new?

B) Alternatively if I want to start afresh, how can I transfer my "Drawboard PDF"-license to the new SP?

All suggestions are welcome.

A) any imaging cloning software will do like Macrium reflect

B) The license is tied to your MS account. Just de-activate/remove your profile association with the old SP4 on the MS website and your Drawboard should install without issues.
